Powdered flavors are most commonly produced by spray drying.  The materials and processing conditions used during their production may impact stability and shelf life.  You will learn approaches to develop appropriate formulations and optimize processing conditions, which will enable you to deliver stable actives and optimal products to manufacturers and customers!
